A plantation is not only a workplace. Thousands of families live around CDC's sites, and the corporation carries part of that life.

CDC keeps a long sporting tradition around its estates, with teams and facilities attached to the sites.

An organisation of the corporation's women, present in the community life of the estates.

The corporation publishes policies on social dialogue, working conditions, ethics, and the fight against violence and sexual harassment.
